Caitlin has worked in public accounting since 2014. She began her career at a Big 4 firm in Kansas City before relocating to Colorado Springs in 2017. Prior to joining our team, Caitlin worked for smaller local firm in Colorado Springs from 2017 until July 2019.
Caitlin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Caitlin enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her family + football (specifically the Kansas City Chiefs).
Josh started his accounting career in 2012 after graduating from the University of Wyoming in 2011. He worked as an auditor for two years prior to moving into the tax sector. As an auditor, Josh was able to gain analytical skills and the ability to easily identify whether financial statements were reasonable or not. These skills continue to serve Josh when working with clients. Josh enjoys helping his clients succeed and advising them on potential tax savings opportunities. He has experience working with closely held businesses, C-corporations, S-corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, individuals, nonprofit organizations, real estate entities, medical practices + more.
Josh is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA), + Woodman Valley Chapel. He formerly served as the treasurer for the Salvation Army in Cheyenne, WY.
Josh enjoys traveling, hunting, fishing, golfing + playing pickleball.
Taylor began his public accounting career in 1999 and joined the SKR+CO Team in 2021. He has over 20 years of experience serving high-net worth individuals and small to mid-size businesses. Taylor’s specialties include working with healthcare entities, manufacturing businesses, construction companies, retail stores, warehousing, transportation, real estate entities and the petroleum sector.
Taylor is a member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA). In his free time, Taylor enjoys serving his local community and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity, the Tarrant Area Food Bank, and the Special Olympics. He also coaches basketball at his local YMCA.
Taylor enjoys playing sports with his kids, attending concerts and visiting Europe + the beach.
Taylor works virtually from Fort Worth, Texas.
Julianna started her full time career in Charlotte, NC where she was part of the Global Employer Services (GES) tax team. She specialized in expatriate and inpatriate taxation where she assisted clients with United States tax compliance and help with their employees to understand the tax implications that come with traveling outbound and inbound of the United States. Additionally, she provided support and consultation to clients regarding their global mobility programs and interface with international assignees. Julianna’s role also comprised of preparing and reviewing 1040 individual income tax returns for the employees of clients, preparing payroll calculations including, but not limited to, year end adjustments, hypothetical tax calculations, and gross-up calculations.
Julianna is part of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA).
Julianna enjoys running, hiking, camping, the outdoors and hanging out with her husband + dog.
Matt has been in public accounting since 2005. He has served a wide range of individual and business clients and has extensive experience in the real estate, construction, natural resources, franchising, manufacturing + distribution, retail, professional services, and technology industries. Matt has assisted numerous clients with entity structuring, complex partnership allocations, section 704(b)/waterfall liquidation/targeted capital analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and section 1031 exchanges.
Matt is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA).
Matt enjoys skiing/snowboarding, camping, hiking, and visiting national parks with his family.
With over 20 years experience, Lynda started her full time public accounting career in Denver, CO with a Big 6 accounting firm. After relocating to Colorado Springs, Lynda joined the SKR+CO team and is experienced in all facets of taxation. She currently specializes in working with individuals, small estates + trusts in the Private Client Services division.
Lynda is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA).
Lynda enjoys running, spending time in the gym, going to concerts, and staying active with family and friends.
James began his public accounting career at SKR+CO in 2016. He has experience working on small to medium sized business returns that embrace complex transactions. These transactions include deferred gain from involuntary conversions and like kind exchanges, look back calculations on long-term construction contracts, stock redemptions + capitalization requirements. James also excels at reporting and the computation of profit allocations of real estate investment partnerships.
James is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA). James currently serves as the treasurer on the board at CONO.
James enjoys doing home improvement projects, various outdoor recreational activities + traveling to visit his friends + family.
With over 20 years of public accounting experience, Doreen has worked with syndicated real estate partnerships, multi-fund investment partnerships, multistate corporate entities, small businesses, non-profits, private foundations and individuals. She also has her Not-for-profit certificate from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Doreen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA) and the Colorado Springs chapter of Kingdom Advisors.
Doreen enjoys mountain biking and going for walks with her dog.
Danielle has been in public accounting since 2013. She enjoys creating connections with her clients and explaining the tax ramifications of their current and future business strategies. She works primarily with groups of closely held entities and the individual owners. She prides herself on her organization skills and prompt communication, as time can be of the essence when it comes to tax planning.
Danielle is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA), the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce and the Colorado Springs chapter of the W Source.
She currently serves as a board member + a financial committee member for the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum and is on the UCCS College of Business Dean’s Community Advisory Board. Danielle formerly served as the treasurer on the board of directors for Colorado Springs Rising Professionals.
A passionate supporter of the Colorado Springs community, Danielle was honored as a Rising Star in 2020.
Danielle enjoys traveling, visiting museums with her son and husband + hosting summer BBQs.
Beth has been in public accounting since 2011. Her experience includes serving nonprofit organizations, small businesses and healthcare organizations.
Beth is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA) + Healthcare Financial Management Association. She formerly served as the Treasurer and Finance Committee Member of the Independence Center and as the Board Assistant Treasurer for Newborn Hope.
In her free time, Beth enjoys spending time with family, cooking + curating her stamp collection.
