Started as an intern in January of 2017 before becoming a full time employee in May 2017. I have experience in a variety of areas, primarily real estate, multi-state corporations, and construction. I work with smaller clients that require more hands on business advisory as well as larger clients that have complex tax structures and transactions and everything in between.

Board Treasurer for CONO, Building Neighborhood Networks. Our mission is to strengthen neighborhoods through community engagement, education, and trust-building in the public process. Volunteer for UCCS College of Business Alumni Leadership Team. We work with UCCS faculty to plan events and improve alumni engagement.

Experience:

Linda started in public accounting in 2015 after a progressive career working in accounting management as an accounting consultant and as a director of finance. Linda specializes in business advisory at the CFO/Controller level on financial and accounting practices, and business planning using a systems approach.

An entrepreneur and former small business owner, Linda has worked with companies in manufacturing, technology, architecture, construction, retail, solar energy, healthcare, ranching, social services, nonprofit, and more.

Professional + Community Involvement:

After starting her career in biochemstry and molecular biology, Linda was introduced to the world of accounting while doing contract work for a lab at the University of Texas at Austin. Exposure to the project sparked an interest in business administration, lean practices and financial managment, and Linda has been in honing her skills ever since.

Well versed in risk-assessment and the divergent needs of business owners, Linda enjoys taking a holistic view for problem solving, implenting solutions and adding value
for her clients.

Hobbies + Interests:

CrossFit, permaculture and sustainable practices, metalsmithing and hiking with friends.

Experience:

Before joining Stockman Kast Ryan + Company, Rebecca began her career in public accounting in 1990 with Deloitte and Touche. During the years from 1993 – 2005, Rebecca served many businesses in Accounting and Business Management in telecommunication, construction and healthcare. She earned her CPA license in 1995, her LL.M in Taxation in 2010 and her JD in 2009. She practiced law for 12 years specializing in tax, business and estate planning as well as probate and trust administration.

Rebecca is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA) and serves as a board member for the Estate Planning Council of Colorado Springs.

Experience:

Eric began his career in public accounting in 2012 before joining Stockman Kast Ryan + Company. He earned his CPA license in 2015 and specializes in estate, gift and trust taxation. Eric has received his CTFA designation.

Professional + Community Involvement:

Eric is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA). He is an honors graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute Trust School.

Hobbies + Interests:

Eric enjoys snowboarding in Colorado’s beautiful mountains, concerts, biking, hiking, + movies.

Trinity has been in public accounting since 1996. Her specialties include strategic tax planning for real estate and construction clients, opportunity zone investments and tax consulting for small businesses and their owners.

Trinity is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA). As a member of our construction and real estate groups, Trinity participates in the Association of General Contractors (AGC) of Colorado, the El Paso County Contractors Association (EPCCA), as well as the Housing and Building Association (HBA) of Colorado Springs. Trinity also serves on the board of directors for the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC.

A passionate supporter of the Colorado Springs community, Trinity was honored as a Rising Star in 2009.

Trinity enjoys arts and crafts, reading, shopping, fishing, hiking, and spending time with her dogs and husband.

Steve has been in public accounting since 1983, with significant experience serving nonprofit organizations, healthcare organizations, governmental entities and small- to mid-size businesses.

Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA) and is an accredited Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) since 2000. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Pikes Peak Hospice and Palliative Care.

Eric has been in public accounting since 1977 with significant
experience serving a variety of real estate, manufacturing and small business clients. He also provides estate planning services to high net worth individuals and maintains his designation as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS℠) through the AICPA.

Eric is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA), the Estate Planning Council of Colorado Springs, the University of Colorado Colorado Springs Ambassadors and the University’s Reach Your Peak Scholarship Advisory Board. He is the chairman of the Foundation for Colorado Springs’ Future and formerly served as chairman of the Audit and Ethics Committee for the United States Anti-Doping Agency.

Ann has been in public accounting since 1986. Her specialties include estate planning, estate and gift tax and the taxation of trusts.

Ann is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA). Ann is certified as an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®), a designee by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC). She is a member of the Probate Section of the El Paso County Bar Association, a member and past President of the Estate Planning Council of Colorado Springs and serves on the Pikes Peak Community Foundation Practice Advisors Council.

Experience

Jordan has been in public accounting since 2005 and he became the youngest partner at SKR+CO in 2016. Jordan provides strategic business + individual tax planning to over 200 clients, with emphasis in privately-held companies, real estate and construction.

Professional + Community Involvement

He is the firm’s tax partner in charge, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA). Jordan also serves on the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) board of directors, an 11-member volunteer board appointed by Colorado Springs City Council, which includes one seat for a council member. He is a graduate of the Rainmaker Academy and the Leadership NOW! program of Leadership Pikes Peak and serves as treasurer for the local chapter of the American Outlaws, a support organization for the US national soccer teams.

Jordan is passionate about local business and improving his community, two reasons he was honored as a 2015 Rising Star by the Colorado Springs Business Journal. In addition to educating and mentoring staff, clients and the community on taxation issues, Jordan regularly speaks at seminars on numerous topics, to include the recently passed Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.

Jordan enjoys mountain biking, reading, skiing, hiking and travel.

Experience

Brian has been providing accounting, auditing, internal control evaluation, consulting, M&A services and FAR compliance primarily to construction contractors, engineering firms for 26 years. He also has experience with companies in manufacturing/distribution industries including apparel/active sport, auto and equipment dealerships and food processing/agriculture industries. Also, he works on the audit of employee benefit plans, including ESOP’s.

He has consulted with businesses with revenues of $5 million to $800 million. He has been involved on both sides of M&A transactions/due diligence, private equity deals and public filings. Additionally, Mr. Tunnelle has experience with tax provisions, deferred taxes and tax planning.

Brian has received his Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) designation. By receiving this he is recognized as a leader within our company and the construction industry and has met rigorous standards.

Brian is a member of the Silver Key Operations Board and part of the finance committee.
