Andrea has been in public accounting since 1992 and has spent over two decades working in progressive administrative roles at numerous accounting firms. Her experience includes developing and updating firm policies, recruiting and hiring personnel, overseeing various firm committees and coordinating workflows to maximize productivity.
Andrea has her Public Accounting Firm Management (PAFM) designation.
Andrea is a member of the Certified Public Accounting Firm Management Association (CPAFMA). In her free time, Andrea also volunteers with a group that provides Bible education.
Andrea enjoys traveling, skiing, photography and hiking with her husband and dogs.
Jarred started his public accounting career as an intern at Stockman Kast Ryan + Company. He was asked to officially join our team after continuously demonstrating his adaptability, communication, and problem solving skills. Jarred has a background working in customer service and security.
Jarred is currently enrolled at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where he is working to obtain a bachelor’s degree in accounting and his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
Jarred enjoys spending time with his family, listening to audible books, and participating in outdoor activities.
Petra joined the SKR+CO Team in 2019. Petra has experience promoting the success of team members through onboarding, training and development. She helps our employees develop their skills and knowledge by designing, conducting, coordinating and tracking informative training sessions. Petra is known for having a growth mindset and thrives when she is able to help others reach their full potential.
Petra leads the Team Bonding Committee for the middle school cheer squad at Banning Lewis Preparatory Academy
Petra enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, baking, playing games, and skiing.
Jared started his career in public accounting at Stockman Kast Ryan + Company in 2016. Before stepping into the role of Tax Operations Manager in 2022, Jared provided tax consultation to a number of industries such as real estate, financial institutions, corporations, partnerships, small businesses and more.
Prior to public accounting, Jared worked as a marketer and training manager within the food service industry. In this role he was responsible for maintaining training programs, franchise standards and assisting the management team with growing the presence of new or underperforming locations.
Jared is a member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA).
Jared enjoys hiking, basketball + comedy shows.
After owning a small business for 8 years, Britni transitioned into human resources and recruiting in 2018. She has experience working as the Recruiting Manager for a large staffing company and has recruited for various industries such as real estate, construction, sales, manufacturing + more.
Britni found her passion for recruiting when owning her own sports merchandise retail store. As the owner of this small business, she was in charge of all recruiting and staffing.
Britni enjoys watching sports, traveling + spending time with her family.
Claudia has been in administration for public accounting since 2015.
