Education: B.S. in Accounting from Colorado State University.

Professional and Civic Activities: Penny is a a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Medical Group Management Association. She serves on the Finance Committee of the Kissing Camels Property Owners Association, as treasurer of the Colorado Springs Osteopathic Foundation Board, and is a member of the Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce Health Care Council.
